Drew was awesome, he responded immediately to my Inquiry on a Sunday night and came out Monday Morning. We checked out my AC unit which was having issues and diagnosed that the Compressor was out. He called and had a new compressor by 1pm. Came back to my house and swapped it out and now the unit is running like it is supposed to. Thanks Drew and Tru Comfort Team.

Drew and Tru Comfort have been great. My old HVAC started leaking, so I solicited a number of bids. Tru Comfort not only had a very competitive bid, but they were also the most thorough. They gave me 6 options so I could figure out the exact system mix I wanted, each with full AHRI efficiency ratings. Drew also did the opposite of upselling me, talking me out of some of the more expensive options. And his bid included extra work like re-running lines to the thermostat as they were starting to look pretty dodgy.Install was quick and easy, and so far the system is working great.

Found Tru comfort heating and cooling on google. I was needing a repair of my heater. I wasn't interested in calling the company I had used for several years due to things not getting repaired very well and always getting an upsell pitch instead. Gave Tru comfort a call because of their reviews. I figured it couldn't be any worse than what I had tried. Drew, responded and evaluated the problem and had a solution immediately. He diagnosed and fixed the problem, no upsell, no song and dance. Just fixed it (earlier than expected) and explained everything very well. The response certainly gained my trust in in their company. I will use them from now on. The difference here is they do not work on commission, they are highly trained and will be honest. You will not be sorry.

Recently had the AC unit replaced in October by a different company but was having some troubles with the fan constantly running despite reaching the appropriate temperature. A friend had also had their unit replaced by this company and complained about needing to call them out many times to work on it. I decided to go with Tru Comfort instead and get the job done right the first time. Turns out the original company never replaced the wiring appropriately and did not even connect all the wires up. Drew showed me pictures of how the wiring was exposed, and due to fading in the sun, you could not even tell the colors of the wire to connect properly. We redid the wiring completely and installed the appropriate thermostat so that I could have heat. Drew had to work late to make sure the work got done and checked in the following day to ensure it was performing as it should be. I was grateful with the install since the kids will be returning back to the home with me for the next week. Very professional and helpful.

Tru Comfort is our go to Heating and Cooling company. They are very honest and trustworthy and they don't try to up sell. We had them assess the A/C for a rental property and Drew came back with repair options. I asked about replacement and he gave me two quotes for different systems. We chose to replace the system and our tenant said Drew was incredibly nice and easy to work with. I would highly recommend.

Drew was at our house less than 3 hours after we called for service. He was super nice and professional. I also appreciated that he didn’t speak poorly about the questionable workmanship of the company we used previously. He is very knowledgeable, yet took the extra time to break everything down so that I could understand it. I HIGHLY recommend Tru Comfort Heating and Cooling. They are definitely our go-to guys.UPDATE: We had them install a new A/C unit, ductwork, returns, etc…. I wish I could give them 10 stars - these guys are beyond great. They far exceeded my expectations on this major job. Drew has been wonderful to work with from start to finish. Not only does he really know his stuff, he is also a super nice guy. I honestly can’t say enough good things about him and the company. You seriously can’t go wrong choosing them for your A/C needs.

Drew and his Tru Comfort team are hands down the best out there! With high temps and our AC going out Drew was out for a site visit, quoted and installed within 2 days time.
