“On Monday July 6th our AC started to trip a breaker and my husband knew right away it will be costly repair. I looked up Yelp and found this company with great reviews and Brad that everybody raved about. Called them up and requested someone to come look at the unit. Within 15 min got a call from Brad and he said he will be by the house around 4:00pm that day. Showed up 30 min early, assessed the issue correctly (husbands dad was in AC repair business for 35 years so we knew replacement will be better rather than fix the compressor and motor) Brad scheduled replacement next Monday but lend us owner’s AC unit for a week so we would have cooling in a meantime. Louise’s crew showed up next Monday 6:00am as schedules replacing both AC units. They worked 12.5 hours to get it done. This company is amazing – honest, curious, knowledgable and hard working. Guys work hard and even clean after themselves. Prices are reasonable and work quality is amazing. Awesome customer service!!! Will use them again anytime.”

“Since my unit was aging, leaking and builder-grade to begin with, I opted to learn more about what was on the market and how much it would cost me. Brad was the lucky one who had the painstaking job of answering all of my many questions over the next month. I must say, he was fantastic to work with. I never felt pressured to buy a new unit, and I felt like he was happy to answer my questions (and I had lots and lots of them!). I ended up purchasing the Trane XV18, a variable speed unit that is much more efficient than what I previously had. I also purchased the associated furnace and coil because my old unit was an R-22 which is not used in new units. One thing I appreciated about Brad was that he would have been just as happy to sell me the least expensive unit as he was to sell me the more expensive unit I ended up purchasing. It wasn’t about the dollar amount of the sale, it was about finding the product that best met my needs. I wish all companies had this same mindset. ”
